Admission Process

Eligibility to Nursery class is 3 years and 9 months (Lower Limit) and 4 years (Upper Limit) as on 1st April. It is granted only on submitting at the time of Admission, a birth certificate from the hospital records & from the Municipal Corporation and to the higher classes a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended, copy of Adhaar card of the candidate and his/her parents, two passport size recent photograph, is a must. All the above admissions will be subjected to a test of capacity by means of written and oral test.

  1. Admission and assignment to a Particular section of the class are entirely reserved to the school authorities. Admissions are done on the basis of interview and entrance test. Merit of the student is the sole criteria for admission. Correct date of birth is to be given at the time of admission. Date of Birth once registered cannot be altered.

Procedure For Withdrawal

Students can be withdrawn or removed from the school as under:

  1. By giving one calendar months’ notice in writing. In the absence of such
  2.  notice, one month’s fess will be charged.  
  3. By the school authorities on any one of the following grounds.
  1. Constant weakness in studies.
  2. Irregularity in attendance.
  3. Behaviour problem.
  4. Over-age in any class.
  5. Nonpayment of fee or chronic irregularity in payment.
  6. Moral breach considered serious by the school committee.
  7. Those repeating the same class for two years.
  1. For withdrawal after April 30th fee for two months. i.e. May & June will have to be paid.
  2. Once the admission fees and other charges have been paid they will not be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn on the next day.

Payment Of Fees

  1. Fees once paid are not refundable.
  2. The amount of fees and other charges payable by the students, and the mode and time of payment is duly mentioned in the fee booklet issued to each student every year, Parents are advised to adhere to the schedule of payment of fees and charges, strictly.
  3. These date will strictly be observed and if the payment is not made in time. A fine of Rs. 100/- will be charged after the due date.
  4. If the fees is not paid even after one month of the due date the pupil’s name will automatically be struck off the roll and re-admission may not be easily granted.
  5. Parents of Guardians will kindly keep the receipt issued to them and produce them as proof of payment of fees if needed.
  6. The school management reserves the right to modify or enhance the amount of fees and other charges, from time to time. The said modifications/enhancement shall become due and payable with prospective effect.
  7. If a student is admitted or withdrawn during any quarter he/she is required to pay full fee for the quarter.
  8. Those who lose the fee card will be fined Rs. 50/-
  9. Failure to pay the due fees and other charges before the commencement of the examination may debar a student from it. In all cases, the school Management shall with hold the result and the student concerned will not be eligible for promotion to the next class unless the dues are cleared up within the time granted by the school Management.
